Due to the nature of digital products, all Standard Ebook sales are final.
Standard Ebooks are delivered electronically through BookFunnel. Once your ebook has been delivered or your download link has been issued, refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be offered.
Our Personally Signed Digital Editions are individually prepared and delivered via email by Raffat Publishers.
Because these are personalized digital products created specifically for each customer, all sales are final once preparation has begun.
